Using an outside email to send a Message
Outside Email to Send a Message
Collaboration and Communication are essential to Heycollab. So, it is helpful to send a Message or even create a Task from an outside email address.
To do that, you will need to know your Workspace email address.
Click on the “…” icon next to the Workspace name in the left hand column.
Select “Workspace Email” from the dropdown list.
In the window that pops up, there will be two email addresses available to you. One will just send a message from your outside email. The second will create a task from your outside email that is sent.
